A few things to keep in mind
WCP is a co-op, which means joining comes with responsibilities alongside the rewards. Here is what to expect as a member family.
Classroom helping
You will help in your child's classroom 1-3 times per month, depending on class size and age group. Parent helpers are a core part of how WCP runs.
A co-op job
Every family holds a co-op job for the full school year. Jobs range from admin roles to event planning to school maintenance.
Mandatory meetings
Families attend a September orientation, two informational meetings, and the May Gathering each year.
State requirements
All parents working in the classroom must complete a state background and health check before their first shift.
Fundraising
Families participate in fundraising throughout the year. There are multiple events to choose from so you can get involved in ways that work for you.
Pay tuition on time
Tuition is due monthly.
