Enrollment at WCP is straightforward. Pick a class, tell us about your family, and we will take it from there.

Check the age requirements and schedules below and pick the class that fits your child and your family's week.
Send us a message
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Tell us your child's name, age, and which class you are interested in.
Come for a tour
We will reach out within 1-2 business days to schedule a tour, answer your questions, and walk you through the enrollment paperwork.
Which class is right for your child?
All age cutoffs are based on September 30 of the enrollment year. If your child misses the cutoff by a little, reach out and we can talk through your options.

The co-op model keeps our tuition low without cutting corners. All fees are listed below so there are no surprises.

Annual payment option: You can pay the full year's tuition and fees in one payment by August 1. Tuition is subject to a 5-15% annual adjustment. Reg. fee and deposit are due at enrollment.
A few things to keep in mind
WCP is a co-op, which means joining comes with responsibilities alongside the rewards. Here is what to expect as a member family.
Classroom helping
You will help in your child's classroom 2-3 times per month. Parent helpers are a core part of how WCP runs.
A co-op job
Every family holds a co-op job for the full school year. Jobs range from admin roles to event planning to school maintenance.
Mandatory meetings
Families attend a September orientation, two informational meetings, and the May Gathering each year.
Health requirements
All parents working in the classroom must complete a state background check before their first shift.
Fundraising
Families participate in fundraising throughout the year. There are multiple events to choose from so you can get involved in ways that work for you.
Pay tuition on time
Tuition is due monthly. An annual payment option is available if you pay the full year by August 1.
